NV ATHLETICS WARRANTY POLICY

NV Athletics ("the Company") warrants that the NV Rack ("the Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). If the Product fails to conform to this warranty during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product or refund the purchase price paid for the defective Product.

NV Athletics ("the Company") warrants that the bungees ("the Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (6) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). If the Product fails to conform to this warranty during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product or refund the purchase price paid for the defective Product.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and blemishes that do not affect the unit's functionality. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, or other external causes.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact NV Athletics and provide proof of purchase. If NV Athletics determines that the Product is defective, NV Athletics will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. The RMA number must be included with the returned Product. The Product must be returned to NV Athletics in its original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection. The Product must be shipped to NV Athletics freight prepaid.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Product and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of other equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with the Product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Iowa, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this warranty or the Product must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
